Product returns will be investigated and tested for tampering and customer's own negligence. If found to be evident of the above mentioned cases, customers will be liable for repair and freight charges.
Refunds will only be made available within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Customers will also be liable to absorb the administrative charges (5% of total amount) incurred by our e-commerce providers.
Whyre Pte Ltd renounces all liabilities owing to the product's usage. The product only serves as a supplementary rider safety product and do not replace any safety protocols and measures set in place by local authority.
Whyre Pte Ltd will not responsible for any errant use of the product and non-compliance committed by users. Users are strongly advised to comply with local laws set by the local governing body.
Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
With regards to defective product exchanges: manufacturing defects should be reported as soon as possible and returned to our company for verification.
